IT Support Engineer

The Opportunity

An IT Support Engineer is required to support and enhance a Microsoft 365 environment within a technically driven organisation. This role focuses on the administration of SharePoint, Teams and core Azure services while providing hands-on user support and ensuring system reliability across a multi-site estate.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
Develop Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency
Provide support across hardware, software and network issues
Monitor systems and security using Microsoft tooling
Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain technical documentation
Travel to UK sites to provide onsite supportExperience Required
Strong Microsoft 365 administration background
Experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise environments
Power Automate experience
Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
Understanding of IT security and best practice
Experience in structured IT service environmentsAdditional Information

This is an office-based role in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire with travel to UK sites. A full UK driving licence is required.
