IT Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer to work for a growing company based in Bristol with an excellent vision and mission to make a difference and deliver solutions for environmental 'good'

The company has won multiple awards including top 100 companies to work for and is seeking to hire someone who is passionate about delivering and supporting the internal business based out of Bristol with a remint to support the business across all offices occasionally for projects or roll outs as well as BAU IT infrastructure and support from Bristol.

As IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer you will work closely with the IT Manager, Director and team to deliver an excellent technology service including supporting the management of 3rd party suppliers, supporting new and existing users, procuring IT equipment, monthly reporting and maintaining software systems and user access.

To be our IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer will have a background in the following:
Excellent customer service
IT Support Engineer
Trouble shooting and problem solving
Broad-based knowledge and interest across all aspects of IT, to include Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office 365 products
Excellent communicator as well as able to drive to different sites
Desire to progress technically
The following are desirable: Enterprise Systems (Azure, Active Directory, MS SQL, Windows, mobile phone support, 365 applications.
