In this role you, will be speaking to lots of customers offering 1st line support and escalating and further issues. You will also have an extremely strong support programme which will see you being trained on 2nd/3rd line issues and beyond.

This role would suit someone with some IT Support experience looking for lots of training to really develop their skill set and work for a growing, reputable company.
