The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Support, be happy to help train non-technical people and have a full UK driving license.

THE ROLE

• Deliver practical training on every day tech tools
• Provide hands-on support for system queries and process improvements across the firm
• Help find new opportunities for smarter working and help embed best practices
• Work with the Desktop Support team to roll out new IT projects

THE PERSON

• IT Support background
• Happy deliver basic training to non-technical staff members
• Have full driving license and lives in York
