Are you an IT Support Engineer experienced working for an MSP, looking to play a pivotal role for an ambitious, award winning MSP that provide IT support services to a range of business across London, the UK and overseas and are targeting 2025 as a year to really grow the company?

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will provide an elevated level of IT knowledge to the team. This will involve handling more difficult tickets, liaising with clients and vendors, keeping ticket queues up to date and manageable.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and macOS.

The Person:

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and macOS
• MSP experience
• Commutable distance to Tottenham Court Road

The Role:

• Providing 2nd line IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems efficiently
• Working collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure that Service Desk requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
