Looking to break into IT? This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for tech to kickstart their career in a hands-on support role.

Based on-site in Waterbeach, you’ll be joining a close-knit team providing IT support to international colleagues – including teams in Asia – which means early starts are a must (typically from 0600/0700, occasionally earlier).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support international teams across time zones
• Log and manage support tickets efficiently
• Learn on the job with guidance from experienced techs

About You:

• Technically minded – a natural problem-solver
• Eager to learn and grow a career in IT
• Happy with early starts and flexible working hours
• Ideally studied IT or similar
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (site not easily reached by public transport)
• Full right to work in the UK, with no restrictions
