Job DescriptionIT Support Manager - Applications & DevicesLondon / Hybrid - 3 days in the office£85K-£95KWe are pleased to be partnering with a global bank looking for a dynamic IT Support Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3 direct reports around 20 members of staffIT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of the DEX environment, including Windows desktops and laptops, Citrix VDI solutions, mobile devices, and printing systems.Budget Management: Manage the annual investment and expense budget related to the DEX group’s activities.Strategic Contribution: Present future technology strategies and adopt a data-driven approach to improve the client computing experience.Stakeholder Engagement: Meet regularly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide targeted IT support.Risk and Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards, and manage risk effectively.Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors to maximize value and efficiency.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Proven experience in managing IT teams and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of client computing technologies.Leadership: Ability to lead and develop a diverse technical team.Strategic Thinking: Skilled in planning and implementing technology strategies.Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and promote IT initiatives.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.Customer Focus: Commitment to improving the digital experience for employees.If you are interested in this position, please apply now or send an email to
