£40,000 + Pension

If you are an experienced IT Support Specialist then this position covering two offices could be an excellent career move, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Troubleshooting incidents reported from instigation stage through to completion

- Providing application support including installation, configuration and upgrading

- Managing SQL performance issues - SQL Server - and resolving all matters

- Supporting numerous applications on mixed Windows/Linux Server platforms

- Dealing with some Linux/Unix systems administration - Redhut and Centos

- Trouble shooting and diagnosing network/infrastructure issues - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Firewall
