£35,000 + Pension + Parking

A very exciting local Company are seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage hardware and software issues at Sites throughout the South of England.

Some of your duties will include:

- Responding to Site requests for IT support and establishing nature of requirement

- Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues where possible

- Dealing with networking and connection problems either remotely or at Site

- Additionally managing issues relating to hardware or software applications

- Liaising with third party suppliers if the issues raised is their responsibility

- Installing and maintaining hardware and installing upgraded software
