Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the 1st line support team.
* Provide exceptional support for Windows 10/11 environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Ensure prompt and effective customer service.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance.

* Proven experience in 1st line support, especially with Windows 10/11.
