Key Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor the 1st line support team. * Provide exceptional support for Windows 10/11 environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Ensure prompt and effective customer service. * Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance. Requirements: * Proven experience in 1st line support, especially with Windows 10/11. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * A proactive approach to team management and customer support.
This role falls inside IR35 and will be fully onsite. 3 month initial with the view to extend
