We're hiring an IT Technician to deliver frontline IT support, manage systems, and ensure Cyber Essentials Plus compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Support on-site and remote users

• Maintain networks, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and AD

• Ensure security and audit compliance

• Manage IT assets and liaise with external support partners

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years in IT support or security

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint & networking

• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO27001 & GDPR

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
