Role: IT Support Technician
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Reading

We're working with a leading media company, that's expanding their internal IT team. They're now looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support day-to-day technical operations, internal users, and project-based work from their Reading office.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking tech environment where you'll play a key role in supporting internal infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and keeping systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users (remote and on-site)
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Supporting project teams with setup and configuration of internal systems
• Maintaining documentation and asset management
• Liaising with external vendors when required

You'll be working with a range of mainstream Microsoft technologies, including:

• Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• Azure AD
• Windows Server environments
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
