The college has a strong reputation for providing high - quality education and investing in both its learners and staff. They are now looking to expand their internal IT Team to support continued growth and infrastructure upgrades.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing first and second-line technical support across the colleges IT systems, helping staff and students with a range of issues from software troubleshooting to hardware set ups.

The Role:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across college sites, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• 37 hour week
• Monday - Friday

The Person:

• Experienced in IT support
• Hold Relevant IT Qualification
• Looking for a stable Monday - Friday role with future progression opportunities
