IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician | Windows, Dell Kit, Mobile phones | SC Clearance:
Must have Active SC Clearance to be considered for this position at this time
Key Information:
Duration: 12 months - very highly likely extensions.
Pay: Circa £185 per day
Location: On site in Belfast
Start Date: ASAP
Circa 7.5 working hours per day
The Key Requirements:
Proven experience in IT Service environment
Ideally certified in appropriate technologies, Dell and Windows to support business strategy
Provide IT Break/Fix Support (1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line) either in person or remotely.
Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
Supporting Dell kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
Windows 10/11 environment
MS Outlook & Office 2016
Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.
Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
