What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a 2nd to 3rd Line IT Support Technician.
• Thrives in a dynamic MSP environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in core Microsoft technologies: AD configuration, Group Policy, Hyper-V, and Azure AD.
• Knowledgeable in Network Defense, encompassing Firewalls, security protocols, Web Filtering, End-Point & MFA configuration.
• Familiarity with HyperV, Cloud, and Internet Technologies.
• Possesses a full UK driving license and own transportation.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Server and Cloud technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd to 3rd line Technical Support via our Helpdesk.
• Offer Systems, Network & Firewall Support.
• Respond proactively to NOC and SOC detections in Customer Systems.
• Conduct onsite visits for Technical Support or Incident Response as needed.
