Job Description - IT Teacher (0.56 FTE) - Outstanding School
This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a high-achieving, supportive school with engaged students, excellent behaviour, and a strong commitment to staff development.
The teaching timetable will primarily consist of Key Stage 3 IT/Core IT (Years 7–9). Depending on the successful candidate's experience, there may also be opportunities to teach Creative iMedia and GCSE Computer Science.
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Be passionate about delivering engaging and creative IT lessons. Have strong classroom management skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for students. Ideally have experience teaching Key Stage 3 IT, with the ability to teach GCSE Computer Science and/or Creative iMedia being an advantage.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
