IT Technician

We're Hiring: IT Technician | Full-Time | Taunton

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 PA DOE

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Specialist to join an expanding team based in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in IT support and a commitment to delivering high-quality service within a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user access management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support system updates and backups
• Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar IT support role
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and Office 365
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a service-oriented mindset
