Job Description - IT Technician

IT Technician - London

We are hiring an experienced IT technician with at least 2nd line level knowledge who is looking to develop their skills. The role will be supporting a variety of clients in London from the central London office. Remote working will be available post probation for 2 days a week from home.

Your skills will include a mix of networking, MS Server and cloud.

a) 2nd line skills currently administrating multi-site client(s)

b) Good Microsoft Windows Desktop, Office applications & O365 experience

c) Scoping and planning skills

d) Network documentation skill

e) Experience of various Anti-Virus technologies

f) Print management

g) Good knowledge of MSP RMM toolsets, such as CW Automate and Solarwinds

h) Excellent knowledge of Ticketing systems

You will have excellent customer service skills as this role will include visiting clients sites in London to support users.

The salary is Â£35,000 to Â£37,500 per annum
