You'll deliver interactive training sessions, provide light-touch IT support, and play a key part in helping staff use systems confidently and effectively. this role, you'll deliver both one-to-one and group training sessions, helping colleagues adopt new ways of working through practical, hands-on support. You'll travel between regional offices, engaging directly with teams to ensure they feel confident using the firm's systems. Your work will contribute to the company's personable, social, and forward-thinking culture-supporting both staff development and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, have great people skills that can contribute to engaging and interactive training sessions, have a full UK driving license and be based in York.

THE ROLE

• Deliver engaging, practical training on every day tech tools
• Provide friendly, hands-on support for system queries and process improvements across the firm
• Help find new opportunities for smarter working and help embed best practices

THE PERSON

• Confident communicator who can explain tech in a down-to-earth way
• Interested in contributing to new business practises
• Have full driving license and lives in York
