IT Trainer – Legal Sector | Manchester | £40,000 - £48,000 + Hybrid + Benefits

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading UK law group that’s growing fast—and investing even faster in their people and tech. With offices across the country and over 800 staff, they’re rolling out new systems, new tools, and a business-wide commitment to smarter, more modern ways of working.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to step into a role that combines digital transformation, legal tech, and real impact. You'll be at the heart of upskilling legal professionals across the business—empowering teams with the tools they need to succeed.

The Role
As IT Trainer, you'll:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face and online training sessions for legal professionals

• Create helpful materials: guides, quick tips, videos, webinars, and more

• Work closely with IT & HR to design bespoke training across departments

• Support wider IT change projects—testing, documenting, and rolling out new systems

• Be a friendly go-to for troubleshooting and digital support

• Travel between regional offices as needed (expenses covered)

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience delivering IT training, ideally within a legal or professional services setting

• Confident using Microsoft 365 + legal platforms like ShareDo, NetDocs, iManage

• A people person with a knack for making tech simple and engaging

• Flexible and proactive—you’ll be happy working across teams and locations

• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (you’ll be mobile)

• Experience creating digital learning content (bonus if you’ve used tools like Articulate or Captivate)
