Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10am-7.00 pm and Sunday: from 11.00 to 5.00pm or 6.00 pm (tbd)

We have an amazing opportunity available for a luxury sales assistant to work for a high-end luxury retail fashion brand. They currently stock in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers across the globe. This exciting role as a Luxury Sales Associate you will be responsible for bringing in new sales, build great relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat orders.

Responsibilities:

· Providing exceptional customer service to Clients.

· Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients.

· Selling high-end luxury to customers.

· Excellent knowledge of the English language and fluency in additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.

· A true passion and understanding of the luxury retail industry.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and the patience to work through longer negotiations.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work on your initiative as well as being part of a team.

· Deliver an unforgettable customer journey, by showing your product expertise.

· Represent our client as an ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion and affinity for the brand through a positive attitude, body language and personal presentation.

· Welcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude, friendly manner, and willingness to serve.

· Answer customers' questions and solve their needs providing/delivering an excellent service

· Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time guaranteeing high level of customer satisfaction
