Italian Speaking Credit Controller

Italian Speaking Credit Controller - West London (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £37,000

IN2 Consult are working with an exciting client of ours based in West London to hire an Italian speaking Credit Controller to join the team. Please note that you should be able to read, write and speak Italian to a native level.

The duties of the Italian speaking Credit Controller role include:

• Collecting outstanding debts from customers based in Italian via telephone and email
• Building strong rapport with repeat customers
• Producing aged debtor reports
• Allocating cash to customer accounts
• Handling and resolving any queries - both internal and external
• Managing stakeholder relationships and working closely with sales teams

The successful Italian speaking Credit Controller will:

• Speak, read and write Italian to a native level
• Have expeirence of using SAP (ideally)
• Have experience of working within Shared Service Centres (ideally)
• Have 1 year + Credit Control experience
