Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service

The role

We are looking for an Italian customer service/account manager to join a fantastic team.

Duties:

Process customer orders and manage data for team goals
Maintain tracking reports and CRM (Hubspot) records
Handle enquiries and upsell during sales/onboarding
Provide customer support, including subscription and payment queries
Recover lapsed subscriptions and re-engage users
Organise and deliver product demos
Send onboarding content and follow up on campaigns
Build relationships with key clients and gather testimonials
Monitor social media and user engagement
Support retention efforts and coordinate on non-payment follow-ups

The person

Required skills/ experience:

Fluent in Italian
Strong communication skills, written & verbal
Customer orientated mindset
Ability to build relationships with customers remotely
Sales & negotiation - Up-selling and cross-selling
Commercial awareness
Team Player
