Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an experienced Italian Speaking Legal PA to join their fast paced Corporate department based in their London office.

• Salary to £46,500
• Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• 9:30am – 5:30pm working hours

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, bilingual PA to support senior level fee earners in a high-calibre, international environment.

Italian Speaking Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

• Support lawyers in Marketing and Business Development activities
• Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
• Assist with BD pitches
• Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
• Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
• Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
• Drafting correspondence and documents

Italian Speaking Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2 years+ Legal PA / Secretary experience gained within a Litigation team at a top City law firm
• Degree education is preferred
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications and knowledge of iManage, Intapp Open, InterAction CMS, and Elite 3E systems
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
