About the job:
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative ITK Manager to lead the delivery of our daily company newsletter.
This is a unique and high-impact role at the heart of internal communications. You will oversee the end-to-end production of the newsletter, working closely with a small newsroom team across the UK and US, while engaging with senior stakeholders across the business—including CEO and EVP offices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, enjoys shaping content at a strategic level, and is confident leading both people and processes.
Please note that roles based out of SJS or Sunbury will move to Timber Square, Southwark, from Q4 2027.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will:
Lead the daily production of the company newsletter, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Manage and provide direction to a small team of writers based in the UK and US
Coordinate content, prioritise stories, and oversee editorial planning and scheduling
Build strong relationships with senior partners, ensuring content aligns with business priorities
Provide editorial direction and oversight, rather than hands-on writing
Manage tight deadlines and maintain consistency across all outputs
Drive collaboration across teams to ensure timely contributions and approvals
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who combines editorial judgement with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience & Skills
Experience in editorial, communications, or content leadership roles
Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive content production
Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, even in a virtual/global setting
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
