ITSM Analyst

Your new organisation are a global manufacturing business based in Bath whom are looking to grow their IT Operations function by adding an IT Service Management Analyst to the existing team. The business believe in delivering the best service management, and are looking for a candidate that embodies these traits.

In this role, you will be responsible for focusing primarily on the Supplier Management, Software Asset Management & licensing side of Service Delivery. Working with third parties, cross business functions & key stakeholders you will seek to improve the user experience, implement automation where possible, whilst also being hands on with platforms like ServiceNow.

In order to succeed in this position, you will have strong experience in IT Service Management, ideally with exposure to the supplier management and software asset side of things as well as excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks. You will ideally also possess experience of working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools along with some experience of software asset management tool sets.

This role requires 3 days per week on site in Bath.
