Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a large, high-volume IVA provider in South Manchester to recruit an experienced Post-Appointment IVA Manager. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the progression and management of active IVA cases to ensure they are administered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client and creditor expectations.

• Manage the post-appointment team to ensure IVAs are administered effectively from approval through to closure.
• Oversee day-to-day case management, including variations, income and expenditure reviews, breach cases, and completion certificates.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or contentious cases, liaising with creditors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure the team operates in full compliance with insolvency legislation, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and service standards, driving improvements where necessary.
• Support, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and client focus.
• Work closely with senior management to contribute to operational improvements and strategic objectives.

• Significant experience in IVA or personal insolvency case management, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical understanding of the post-appointment IVA process, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
