We’re recruiting on behalf of a fully licensed insolvency practitioner with a UK base in Stockport and exciting international expansion plans in Dubai. After an initial UK-based phase, you’ll relocate to Dubai to continue growing and leading a thriving sales team in a vibrant, tax-free environment.

The Role:

As Sales & Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of IVA Advisors (UK & Dubai)
• Delivering hands-on training during the 3-month UK onboarding period
• Driving performance through data-led coaching, KPIs, and one-to-ones
• Monitoring compliance and quality across all customer interactions
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration of new hires
• Taking ownership of day-to-day operations in the Dubai office post-relocation

Package & Perks:

• OTE: Up to £70,000 with commission and bonuses

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven IVA experience in a management, senior advisory, or training role
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-focused approach
• Excellent knowledge of IVA processes, compliance, and client care standards
• Able to balance training delivery with operational leadership
• A confident communicator, mentor, and motivator
• Open to relocating to Dubai and building a successful international team
