Job Title: Japanese speaking Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required)

Office based OR Hybrid: Office based - London

Perm OR Temp: Permanent

Start: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week No Weekends

Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) - What You'll be Doing:

• Answering calls in Japanese and English
• Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
• Conducting property tours
• Supporting pre-tenancy procedures
• Responding to maintenance issues after move-in
• Communicating with landlords and tenants

Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Cheerful, positive and proactive attitude
• Confident communication skills in English and Japanese
• Experience working in a Japanese office environment
• Valid visa with at least 1 year 10 months remaining
