Japanese Speaking Moving Coordinator (Newcastle) - What You'll be Doing:

• Coordinate relocation services, including virtual or on-site pre-move surveys
• Handle administrative tasks and customer service inquiries
• Visit clients’ homes on moving days to oversee loading/unloading
• Communicate service requirements to moving staff on-site
• No packing work required
• Training provided in London (travel/accommodation expenses covered by employer)

Japanese Speaking Moving Coordinator (Newcastle)- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• UK driving licence
• Ability to provide attentive service in Japanese
• Fluent in Japanese, Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to travel (mainly from Newcastle to Glasgow, Edinburgh, and occasionally Aberdeen)
