Japanese speaking Senior Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:

• Annual budget preparation
• Forecast preparation, analysis and reporting throughout the year using the SAP and DIVA accounting systems
• Monthly reporting of management accounts to Group Director
• Administrative oversight of the legacy pension, including liaising with external advisors
• Accounting tasks using SAP including income booking, payment processing and checking the monthly management account
• Miscellaneous assistance to the Group Director, including business trip arrangements and support for reporting the financial results and forecasts of the whole group as well as designated departments

Japanese speaking Senior Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Japanese and English written and spoken (Business level)
• Excellent Numeracy
• An accounting mindset, skills and experience
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP (advantage)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
