I am currently hiring for an innovation-driven boutique algorithmic trading firm looking for an junior Java developer to join their Front Office team to work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver functionality alongside market-leading technologists and traders.

They are leveraging cutting-edge technology such as Java 18, Python, Go and Rust in a cloud environment while incorporating lots of open-source technology such as Electron, OpenFin, and Flutter. Everything they build is for their own use, from high performance trading platforms to large scale data analysis systems.

They pride themselves in the firms low ego culture, with a little hierarchy setting, as well as allowing flexibility when it comes to working from home.

Requirements:
2 + years Java Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in Low latency development
Strong STEM background
Experience working at a Financial Institution
Front Office experience (Desired)
