The Role
As a JAVA Full Stack Lead Software Engineer with TATA Consultancy Services, you will play a crucial role in an agile team, focusing on the enhancement, construction, and delivery of top-tier technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative software solutions, design, and troubleshoot technical issues with innovative approaches.
Produce secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to enhance the stability of software applications and systems.
Lead communities of practice in Software Engineering to promote new and leading-edge technologies.
Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of software engineers.
Collaborate closely with various teams within the business to bring products to life.
Work with customers to identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve processes across functions.

Your Profile
Key

Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Practical experience in System Design, Application Development, Testing, and Operational Stability.
Proficiency in technologies and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, Rest API, and React.
Exposure to database servers such as Oracle and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
Knowledge of database ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
Hands-on experience with Microservices on Cloud Platforms, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience across the entire software development lifecycle.
Exposure to agile methodologies and CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber for unit testing and automation testing.
Ability to manage expectations of non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have (As applicable)
Hands-on experience or certification with AWS.
Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow.
Knowledge of the BASEL regulatory reporting framework.
Experience working in a regulatory-controlled environment.
