Overview: 

We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated Jetting Planning Supervisor to lead operations across our drainage and utilities contracts, working primarily on the Anglian Water network. This is an office-based supervisory role with a mix of operational support, team leadership, and Health & Safety responsibility.

As a Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coordinate, and support Jetting crews to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of work.


• Be the on-site contact for clients and customers—explaining work, answering queries, and providing real-time updates.


• Work closely with planners to manage crew schedules, asset usage, and productivity.


• Ensure accurate completion of job sheets, risk assessments (RAMS), and service reports using digital devices.
  

About you:

• Previous experience in drainage, utilities, jetting, or tankering operations


• Experience supervising teams or acting in a lead operative role


• Strong leadership and organisational skills


• A full UK driving licence


• Confident in using digital devices (tablet/laptop) for reporting and documentation


• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in field-based operations
  


• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel across the Anglian region
