The Role

Blackburn College supported internship and pre-supported internship programme supports young people aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to find employment supported by a Job Coach who works alongside the client gradually decreasing the amount of support needed.

What are we looking for? 

You should possess Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent) and experience of working with learners with learning difficulties and or / disabilities. You must have demonstrative experience of the skills required when working in a support environment and experience of supporting learners in class.
