Job Coach – Central East Wales

Salary: £25,200 – £26,780

We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate person who enjoys helping people achieve their career goals? We're looking for a motivated Job Coach to support individuals into sustainable employment by providing tailored coaching, practical guidance and ongoing encouragement.

You'll work one-to-one with participants, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, overcome barriers and secure rewarding job opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

* Manage a caseload of participants from referral through to sustained employment.

* Deliver personalised coaching, action planning and employability support.

* Help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation and workplace skills.

* Build strong relationships with employers and coordinate interviews.

* Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants succeed.

* Achieve performance targets while making a genuine impact on people's lives.

What You'll Need

* Experience in employability, coaching, mentoring or supporting people into work.

* A positive, motivational and people-focused approach.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Experience working towards targets or KPIs.

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
