Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days working either 0600-1800 OR 1000-2200
Pay: £570.00 per week

As part of our manufacturing team, you’ll form an integral part of our family, contributing to providing the best quality service for our customers through commitment, teamwork and involvement in the daily hygiene maintenance throughout the bakery.
Here at Wednesbury we are dedicated to ensuring our products are baked in a healthy, safe and clean environment. As a Hygiene Team Member you’ll adhere to health & safety legislation, policy and standards identifying any required actions. Compliance with quality legislation, food safety policies and procedures is a critical part of your role.
Working closely with your colleagues in all areas of the bakery you’ll maintain the company and statutory hygiene standards promoting the principles of basic food hygiene and good housekeeping.

Our Wednesbury Bakery and Distribution depot is in the heart of the Black Country with our people who are the Heart of The Black Country. We opened our doors almost 25 years ago and are incredibly proud of our loyal and committed team. Today we have nearly 400 colleagues onsite, ensuring our freshly baked products are delivered to families across the UK daily!
We bake and distribute over 2 million loaves of bread each week and are committed to our high standards of Health, Safety and sustainability and have our own mini power generating plant that provides both combined heat and power to the bakery. Wednesbury is the Home of the Tiger Bloomer.
