What is a talent pool?

Even if we have no vacancies in this area, we are interested in your profile. By registering in our talent pool, we have the opportunity to contact you directly about new vacancies that arise at Watchfinder. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN WATCHMAKERS

We look for experienced Watchmakers who have previous experience with servicing and repairing brand models including, mechanical, quartz, ETA based Modular chronograph movements. 

Ideally, you would have previously worked within a service/production environment and be able to work confidently on the following ETA Calibres: 2824, 2892 and 7750. 

You would also have some experience of working with Rolex, Tag or similar brands

- You will be highly organised and capable of managing your own workload

-The ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
