They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technician to take the lead on a range of high-profile projects for the Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Job Runner include:

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

• Relevant degree within Architectectural Technology
• Good post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• Job running experience is essential
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
