Technical Director, EMEA
General Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Director with strong client facing experience to be part of our team in the UK. In this position, you will lead, end to end, technology strategies, working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil and other countries in Latin America.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work on site at our clients based in the UK, being responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new business.
Understand and translate complex business problems into technology strategies.
Lead the crafting of technical proposals, point of views and pitching those to non technical stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end technology delivery, from hiring engineering teams, bootstrapping projects and managing in-flight programs along with other senior managers and digital strategists.
Experience on designing and delivering modern digital platforms on complex technical and business scenarios.
Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
Ability to share your knowledge with other team members.
Visit and connect to other European clients a few weeks throughout the year in order to bootstrap projects, establish and expand relationships with key technical and non technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product and non-technical program management teams.
Ensure that solutions are following modern engineering best practices.
Experience needed:
Previous experience working in a Technical consultancy in a technical leadership position
Strong background within Engineering
Experience with pitching and helping the teams build proposals
Ability to set up greenfield projects
