Join a 5-Star Team: Hospitality Assistant - Central London

This is a full-time, permanent role – Monday to Friday – with rotating shifts that keep your workdays varied and dynamic.

Your Schedule:

• Start times between 6:00am and 12:00noon
• Each shift includes a 30-minute break
• Flexibility is key – being able to cover all shift types is a must
• Paid overtime at time and a half

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Serving food and drinks with care and confidence, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Offering informed recommendations and tailored service based on guest preferences
• Representing the company with style, energy, and a polished, can-do attitude
• Sticking to the highest standards in hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness
• Rolling with the day’s flow – responsibilities may shift depending on guest needs

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-facing role
• A genuine passion for providing 5-star service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An eye for detail and a flexible, proactive mindset
• Familiarity with food safety practices – or a willingness to learn (training is available!)
