Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities.


• Observe and assess children’s development, ensuring their individual needs are met.


• Create a stimulating and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning.


• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.


• Contribute to the overall management and organization of the EYFS setting.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).


• Experience working with children within an EYFS setting.


• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
