What You'll Do:

Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to provide personalized assistance to students with ALN, ensuring they can fully participate in classroom activities and reach their full potential.

Engage & Inspire: Use your creativity and energy to engage students through interactive and fun learning activities tailored to their needs.
Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop and implement effective learning strategies and individualized education plans.
Innovate: Bring your unique ideas to the table to continuously improve the support provided to students with ALN.
What You'll Need:

Enhanced DBS: An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
EWC Registration: Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) to demonstrate your commitment to professional standards in education.
Experience: Prior experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs is essential. Your understanding and empathy make you a vital asset to our team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience & Positivity: A patient and positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and celebrate successes with equal enthusiasm.
