Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Engineering Teacher to join our enthusiastic faculty. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging and practical engineering instruction, fostering both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills. This role involves teaching engineering concepts to students at various levels, from introductory to advanced courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive and engaging engineering curriculum.


• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages problem-solving and critical thinking.


• Teach engineering principles across a range of topics including mechanics, electronics, robotics, and design technology.


• Facilitate hands-on projects and experiments that enhance students’ practical skills and real-world understanding.


• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate engineering concepts into interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.


• Provide individualised support and mentorship to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.


• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering education.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.


• Previous experience teaching engineering or related subjects at the secondary level.


• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practical applications.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A commitment to fostering a creative, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
