Joiner, Temp to Perm Opportunity, Up to £22.00ph DOE, Coatbridge

* Standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

* Opportunity to work across a variety of residential refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

* Install and fit internal doors to a high standard.

* Carry out door and window fitting work across multiple properties.

* Complete flooring installations and associated finishing work.

* Undertake all aspects of finishing joinery, ensuring quality workmanship.

* Assist with shop fitting projects where required.

* Install and fit kitchens in occupied and void properties.

* Complete bathroom fitting and refurbishment work.

* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Joiner across a range of domestic and commercial projects.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* Relevant trade qualifications and supporting certification.

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

* Own van required initially.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
