In the role, you will travel to residential and commercial client sites to service and adjust high-quality timber windows and doors. You'll work to resolve any issues on the first visit, fitting ironmongery, making minor adjustments, and performing quality control checks. You will also support and mentor a trainee engineer, passing on your technical knowledge and upholding the company's high standards for customer service and craftsmanship.

The Role:

• Field-based servicing of timber windows and doors across residential and commercial sites
• Carrying out adjustments, fitting ironmongery, and completing quality checks
• Supporting a trainee while upholding the company's premium brand standards

The Person:

• Joinery or carpentry background
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel, with occasional overnight stays
