Joiner Cabinet Maker Wanted

Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Salary: Competitive rates of pay (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking experienced Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join our skilled team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment where quality craftsmanship is valued and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry and furniture from technical drawings

Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

Install fitted furniture including kitchens, wardrobes, shelving units, and bespoke joinery

Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision

Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards

Collaborate with the workshop team and site fitters when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joiner or Cabinet Maker (minimum 3 years preferred)

Ability to read and work from technical drawings and cutting lists

High attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship

Strong knowledge of materials and woodworking techniques

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team or independently
