Joinery Sprayer / Spray Finisher

Location: Evesham
Rate: £15 - £20 per hour DoE

An established bespoke joinery manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Joinery Sprayer to join its growing workshop team. Working on a range of high-quality bespoke joinery, cabinetry and furniture, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes on projects for commercial and high-end residential clients. The company manufactures specialist joinery including bespoke cabinetry, architectural joinery and interior fit-out products.

The Role

* Prepare MDF, hardwood and veneered components ready for finishing.

* Apply primer, base coats, lacquers and top coats to a consistently high standard.

* Colour match finishes where required.

* Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before dispatch.

* Maintain spray equipment and spray booth.

* Keep the finishing area clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.

* Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.

About You

* Previous experience as a Joinery Sprayer, Furniture Sprayer or Spray Finisher.

* Experience spraying bespoke joinery, furniture or cabinetry.

* Knowledge of preparation techniques, primers, lacquers and finishing products.

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.

* Able to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.

* Good understanding of safe working practices within a spray shop.
