This role is based in our Leicester office in England. As an Implementation Specialist at clearer.io, you’ll play a critical role in turning interest into long-term revenue. Your work ensures that every merchant starts strong — fully implemented, confidently using our products, and positioned for growth from day one.
Role Overview:
Support clearer.io’s new and expansion revenue efforts through best-in-class implementation of our suite of apps. The Implementation Specialist is a customer-facing partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring assigned accounts are fully set up from trial start with all key features and integrations activated. By owning this process end-to-end, the role creates the foundation for Sales and CS to drive new and expansion revenue.
